Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Outfox mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Outfox ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

Outfox provides a platform for homemakers in India to:

• Search for and verify household help through community feedback
• Share experiences and reviews about domestic workers
• Track attendance and manage work schedules
• Calculate salary based on attendance and work parameters
• Connect with other homemakers for reliable information

The Service is intended solely for informational and personal use. We do not directly employ, place, or manage domestic workers, nor do we set or negotiate wages or participate in payment transactions between homemakers and domestic workers.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account password
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide only accurate and truthful information
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals referenced in your content
• Use respectful language in all interactions and reviews
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities
• Not attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Not manipulate the Service's rating or review systems
• Not post false or misleading information about domestic workers
• Not use the Service for recruitment or employment agency purposes
• Not collect or harvest data about other users
• Not upload viruses or other malicious code

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Content and Conduct Guidelines

Our community relies on honest, respectful contributions. When posting content on Outfox:

• Be Truthful: Only share information based on your actual experiences.
• Be Specific: Provide detailed, factual feedback that is helpful to others.
• Be Respectful: Do not use derogatory, discriminatory, or inflammatory language.
• Be Balanced: Highlight both positive and negative aspects in your reviews.
• Protect Privacy: Do not share personal information that domestic workers would reasonably expect to remain private.

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outfox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Outfox.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Outfox, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Outfox does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We do not verify the identity, qualifications, or background of domestic workers listed on our platform. Reviews and ratings are based solely on user submissions and we cannot guarantee their accuracy or reliability.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator appointed in accordance with said Act will be final.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the settings page.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
